My Practice

Over the past 4 years, I have been able to passionately guide clients towards a healthier life and facilitate their self-growth. I have focused largely on vulnerable populations where I have been able to work with a diverse culture to help individuals let go of residual hurt, manage urges to control addictions, gain coping skills and techniques, heal and grow from difficult experiences and learn how to better manage symptoms and emotions. I enjoy attending conferences and trainings, which has enabled me to specialize in working with teens and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, behavioral issues and/or life transitions. I use the person-centered approach, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy, where I create a safe space for clients to share their experiences and grow confidently. Furthermore, I also work with children to help manage emotions, improve behavior, and incorporate play therapy techniques to normalize and process life experiences and transitions.
